BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Mid-Ohio Crusaders is a nonprofit youth baseball and softball organization led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors committed to providing a positive, development-focused experience for every player and family.
Our Board works behind the scenes to ensure the organization operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability while supporting our coaches, players, volunteers, and community partners. Together, we are committed to building an organization that develops not only better athletes, but also better teammates, leaders, and young people.
Board Responsibilities
The Board of Directors is responsible for:
- Establishing the organization's vision and strategic direction.
- Overseeing financial management and nonprofit governance.
- Developing organizational policies and procedures.
- Supporting coaches and team leadership.
- Managing fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.
- Planning organizational events and community outreach.
- Promoting player development and organizational growth.
- Ensuring a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants.
Our Commitment
Every member of the Mid-Ohio Crusaders Board of Directors serves as a volunteer because of a shared passion for youth baseball, softball, and the development of young athletes.
We are committed to making decisions that are in the best interest of the organization while fostering an environment built on respect, accountability, communication, sportsmanship, and player development.
